I often come across papers I need that are old and don't have a DOI (or at least I can't find it), are published in obscure or discontinued journals where it is hard to find out who used to publish the journal, so I end up posting a request with very little information. Here's an example of such a paper:
I'm wondering, is there some way I can find more information on such papers that might help people who try to look for them? Is there some other place I might try to find such papers?
