Hello, I am having some work that I need to do with Ecocyc. Is there anyway that I can fully access Ecocyc for free?
Also, I have for an example a list of metabolites from Ecoli, and I wanted to (based on the published pathways) made a reaction network (mainly) include those metabolites. I wanted to ask what are your approach on this.
