I would like to share some feedback regarding the current time restriction (5-minute cooldown) for assisting other users. At the moment, the system only allows us to help fulfill a request every 5 minutes. If we try to assist before that, we receive the notification: "Too fast, try again after 300 seconds."
This limitation is quite restrictive and negatively impacts users who genuinely want to help. Many requests can be fulfilled in less than a minute, yet we are forced to wait a long time before helping again. As a result, overall request fulfillment rates have dropped significantly.
I suggest reducing the cooldown period or adjusting it based on the type of request so the system remains fair without hindering active contributors.
