The above named user/scholar is uploading either index page or just the preview of an article or book being requested. I have witnessed it in my post as well as two other posts as well. This is so demotivating and also unnecessarily waste time of others in dire need of the article for continuing research.
Please take action or something appropriate against such mischief.

I rejected the index page they uploaded in my request thread, yet it seems the system has automatically awarded them the points though I am not sure. Please help.
