Hey admins, I lost 1,550 points across four book requests due to a user gaming the system for months. They wait until the 3-day expiry is nearly up and post invalid articles just to claim the points before the threads close. Could someone please check the logs, ban the abuser, reverse the transactions, and return my points if possible? Thanks!
