I am experiencing a problem downloading a PDF attachment from my own article request.
Another user (Georgee) uploaded the requested file (bul0000422.pdf), but every time I try to download it, I receive the following error: ※The attachment system is being upgraded, please wait for the upgrade to complete before downloading!§ I have tested both Safari and Firefox, with the same result. However, I can upload PDF files and download my own attachments without any problems.
Could you please check whether this is a server issue, a problem with the specific attachment, or a restriction related to my account?
