For example, I have been trying to close a thread ever since the first or the second day.
The thread has no replies at all. There was a reply on the first day. However, I replied to the poster, and the poster deleted their post. Since then, there have been zero replies.
However, it has never let me close it.
Here's the thing - this has "always" been the case if 1) I use any images in the main post or in a reply in the comments and 2) I upload a PDF in a reply in the comments. I have not tried any other file types or combinations yet.
The error message says: "The current topic is closed or cannot be closed for other reasons."

It has now been over a week with 275 points on the line. But it still says: "The current topic is closed or cannot be closed for other reasons."
I want my 275 points points back, but this is stopping me. And what if it was 1000 points or more?

Considering this is a paid service for some users (including myself), I think we should have some way to contact staff members and actually get (useful) replies. |
