FDMA 2012 (BuzzCity) click fraud dataset

Looking for the FDMA 2012 (BuzzCity) click fraud dataset — original download site unreachable

Hi everyone,

I'm a PhD student working on deep learning for advertising fraud detection, and I'm trying to get hold of the FDMA 2012 competition dataset provided by BuzzCity Pte. Ltd.

Reference: Oentaryo, R. et al., "Detecting Click Fraud in Online Advertising: A Data Mining Approach", Journal of Machine Learning Research 15 (2014), pp. 99–140.

The paper states that the competition data remain available at http://palanteer.sis.smu.edu.sg/fdma2012/, but I can no longer complete the registration or download from that site.

What I'm looking for:
— the publisher database (publisher ID, address, bank account, status) and the click database (ID, IP, device, click time)
— ideally the three partitions: training (9–11 Feb 2012, ~3.17M clicks / 3,081 publishers), validation (23–25 Feb 2012), test (8–11 Mar 2012)

Any one of the three would already be a huge help.

I'm also interested to hear from anyone who has hit the same wall. If this dataset is effectively no longer obtainable, that is useful information in itself — it's one of the very few public ad fraud benchmarks with real, network-assigned fraud labels.
