Using a communicative approach, it explores how messages circulated on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, combining text, images, hashtags, humor, and satire to mobilize citizens. The analysis highlights key themes such as rising living costs, consumer dignity, and collective solidarity, while emphasizing the viral power of multimodal, participatory content. Results show that online engagement translated into offline impact, including reduced sales for targeted companies and heightened civic awareness. The case illustrates how digital networks transform protest into dynamic, collaborative communication.
