When I make request for papers and someone uploads them, I can see them and download them no problem.
When I look at any other thread where someone recently uploaded a paper, I am unable to see the attachment even after clicking "View Full Content".
Why is this? Are papers only accessible to the people who request them, even if you find the thread in less than 24 hours before the completed attachment is deleted?
Please advise.
