Same question come in my mind also, but didn't find any answer. I was tried multiple time to click for download but never successful. I think website policy, they website didn't store long term data so that why I can't download. As I think..

Hi, as it's been said this site doesn't store files at long term. Also only the author of a post can dowload the files shared as answers.
