Dear admin, i posted an ebook request for 350 points and then someone reply with wrong ebook. i have reported for several times before the worng answer automatically adopted after 3 days. It was a few hours ago that the wrong answer was the wrong answer finally removed given following my multiple reports. but when i deleted my post my points did not increase by 350, but its reduced again by 350. Please can u help, any solution to get mes points back. Thanks in advance

Thanks again for your reply. The request in question was deleted (in order to get the 350 points back but nothing was done) as I said, and it was posted on February 28 or March 1.Yes, I know that the old requests (before February 27) were automatically closed and refunded after 3 days since, unlike the request in question, no one responded to them.

Since you have deleted the content of the post, I am unable to understand the specific situation. Do you mean that 350 points were deducted from you both when you sought help and when you deleted the post? Also, has it been more than 3 days since you submitted the feedback?

Thanks for your reply. As i said, i requested a book for 350 points but someone sent me a wrong book. i reported this several times before the system automatically adopted it after three days. Following my repeated reports, the wrong answer finally removed by moderators. I tried to delete the request to get my 350 points back, but I realized that not only the points were not refunded but another 350 points were deducted. So a total of 700 points that were deducted.

Your post has been deleted, I guess you are referring to the help post from February 20th to February 23rd, but here it shows that the deducted 350 points have been returned to you (the reward for the posts from February 24th to February 27th is 400 points, which has also been returned to you).
