Unable to upload files. Is there any system update is going on right now ?

Whenever I'm trying to upload a file using the upload button it says "Unable to read the PDF direct-upload switch. Please refresh and retry." Is there any particular reason for this problem that I'm facing.

Thank you for the PDF but I already have access to PDF. I needed EPUB which you can get from EBSCO or Ebrary but if it's not possible then no issues. How can I give the reward to you?
